Thought that I would do and early post again just to do my check in.
I am down to 56.4 kg's this week which is 0.6kg's down from last week, 0.3kg's down from my start weight but 0.3 kg's heavier than I have been over the past 6 weeks.
Most of my measurements are down besides my calfs which is to be expected. I get big calfs with lots of leg work!
